With all the added stressors we are under it is no surprise that many early childhood professionals are feeling burned out. If you are experiencing fatigue, little interest in your work, anger and frustration or you just plain do not want to go to work (or are supporting staff this describes) then this webinar is for you! We will explore what burnout is, how it happens, identify personal risk factors and then delve into what to do to recover and re-discover the joys of working with young children. In addition to intervention, ideas for preventing burn out personally and program-wide will also be shared.
