As we continue through the second half of the school year, we are hosting one more cohort group meeting. We invite all early childhood special education teachers new and veteran to the field to join in the discussion of developmentally appropriate practices that inclusive early childhood programs should have in place. On Monday, April 24 we will discuss Developmentally Appropriate Circle Time. 

Learner objectives

Participants will be able to:

1. Implement developmentally appropriate social-emotional practices for inclusive settings.

2. Reflect on ways to create a more effective classroom to support the differing needs of both children and staff.

3. Discuss with colleagues and share ideas to implement effective and appropriate teaching strategies.
