Discover how to utilize everyday classroom moments into meaningful data opportunities, data doesn’t have to be one more thing on your to-do list.  This webinar focuses on streamlining your data systems so that they work with your daily schedule, not against it. Learn how to create or adapt data sheets that capture what matters most: academic, social-emotional, functional, and behavioral growth. We will explore how authentic data informs instruction, supports IEP goals, and makes differentiation more intentional.

Learner objectives

1. Identify what data you need to meet your IEP goals and provide input for your ECO (Early Childhood Outcomes) ratings.

2. Establish opportunities for authentic data collection within your daily preschool schedule (arrival, centers, large/small group, transitions).

3. Create data sheets that are efficient and meaningful for different goals (communication, behavior, academic, functional, etc.).

4. Design a predictable daily data collection routine that minimizes interruptions to instruction.
