Transition from Early Intervention to Early Childhood Education

All children who have been receiving services through Early Intervention and referred to an LEA for Early Childhood Special Education must have eligibility determined by their third birthday, and if found eligible, will have an Individualized Education Program to provide special education services developed and implemented by their third birthday.
