Participants will be introduced to the understanding of forces that pull groups together or break them apart. The benefits of a positive working atmosphere will be shared as well as the consequences of working in an unwilling, competitive environment, that limit people’s potential to work effectively. The power of teamwork will be discussed as one that enables school staff to work effectively in benefit of organizations and children of varying abilities. A comparison in general school achievement and staff satisfaction will be examined proving that key elements can shift average results into outstanding ones. Attendees will be exposed to 7 powers and skills that when put in practice create an environment that has a positive impact on the educational community serving all learners.
